In cooperation with the Missouri Farm Bureau and the local Farm Bureau office, TRAMS will be available during the festival to move people to and from the parking lots, the Square, the Museum, and the Artrain.

Parade starts on Clinton Street, proceeding north on 2nd to Jefferson, west on Jefferson to Main, around the Square, and then south on Main.
Parade watchers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs if viewing the parade from 2nd Street.

ARTRAIN - America's Museum in Motion
Art in Celebration!

At the Henry County Library, 123 East Green

The Artrain is a refurbished 5 car passenger train devoted to bringing the Art World to smaller communities. Since its establishment in 1971, the Artrain has visited over 500 communities in 38 states, and hosted over 2 million visitors. Artrain is currently presenting the exhibition Art in Celebration! in cooperation with the Smithsonian Associates and the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service. This exhibit features over 30 works of art from the Smithsonian Associates Collection.

"Ike" Parker Memorial Fine Art Show

In the Friends of the Library Room

Artists will register their artwork for the show on July 3 from 9:00 am until 12 noon in the Friends Room. All of the artwork is juried and will be judged before the doors are opened to the public.

Friday, July 4                       11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday, July 5                     11:00 am to 3:00 pm

2nd Annual 5K "Run for Olde Glory"

Pre-register for the 5k Race or the 1 Mile Fun Run at The Depot prior to the race, or register the day of the race at 7:30 am at the Bandstand on The Square.

The races will be run simultaneously, starting about 8:15 am on July 4.

From the start on the Square, the 5K route runs west on Jefferson, south on Orchard, west on Allen, through the Artesian Park and around Artesian Lake, east on Rogers, north on Main, and west of Jefferson back to the Square.

From the start on the Square, the 1 Mile Fun Run goes west on Jefferson, north on Water, east on Mill, and south on Main back to the Square.
