The Civil War

On the brink of civil war, Missouri is torn between Northern and Southern alliances. Both sides know the key to winning the war is securing all of the arsenals. Abrahama Lincoln and Jefferson Days put their faith in two different men to accomplish this in Missouri, but only one will prevail and make his mark in Civil War history.

Discover what happens as you relive the events that changed our national forever through a first hand acco8unt of a Union Civil War officer! After each 30-45 minute living history program is a Q&A forum.

Sponsored by the Clinton Arts Council. Located at the Entertainment Stage on Friday, June 29th at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and on Saturday, June 30th, at 12:00 Noon and 4:00 p.m.

The Motown Revue

This outstanding band of musicians and singers takes you on a very realistic journey of the Motown sound, and makes you want to sing along on every familiar song they play. They have kept the Motown sound true to its roots and each and every performance they do transports you back to another era ... what a ride!

Every ajudience both young and not so young can't help dancing to that Motown beat, often leaving at the end of the night asking wherte they can see and hear the band next. Their appeal in large part is attributable to the perfect blend of Motown era costumes and the outstanding group of singers who compliment this later day "Funk Brothers" type band of mjusicians. Each signer is quite capable of front any band as a soloist and the combination of singers is more than enought to deliver authentically the vocal sound of the Motown roster of artists from that time. The result is a powerhouse performance.
