Henry County:

Proposition 1: Shall the County of Henry impose a countywide sales tax of one-half of one percent (1/2 of 1%) for the purpose of providing law enforcement services for the County., including constructing, equipping, operating and maintaining a County jail, such sales tax to be imposed until such time as any obligations issued for constructing and equipping such County jail shall remain unpaid, and thereafter the rate shall reduce to one-quarter of one percent (1/4 of 1%)?

Proposition 2: Shall the County of Henry impose a county-wide sales tax of one-eighth of one percent (1/8 of 1%) for the purpose of constructing, equipping, operating and maintaining a judicial center, sales tax to be imposed until such time as any obligations issued for constructing and equipping such judicial center shall remain unpaid? The sales tax described in this Proposition No. 2 will not be imposed unless the county law enforcement sales tax described in Proposition No. 1 is also approved by the voters.

Proposition 3: Shall the County of Henry impose a county-wide sales tax of one-eighth of one percent (1/8 of 1%) for the purpose of funding imporvements to and equipping and operations of the communications center.
