Where We Are

The Henry County Library is at 123 East Green Street in Clinton. This is at the junction of 2nd Street (Business Highway Mo-13) and Green Street (which is the city extension of Highway Mo-52), on the northwest corner. The main entrance to the library is on the south side of the building, on Green Street. A second entrance is on the north side of the building, off the driveway past the Drive Up Window.

Main Parking Lot is off Green Street, across the railroad tracks just west of the Library building. Smaller parking lot is on the driveway for the Drive Up window, with entry from 2nd Street only, at the north end of the building.

Railroad tracks may be crossed on foot at three places:

• The Green street sidewalk, leading from the Main Parking Lot to the Green Street entrance to the library and the Friends of the Library Room South Door (which is at the southwest corner of the Library building)
• Middle Crosswalk leading from the Main Parking Lot directly to the West Door of the Friends of the Library Room.
• North Crosswalk leading from the Main Parking Lot to the North entrance to the Library.

Directions to Clinton

From Kansas City:

Takes US-71 south to Harrisonville, then Mo-7 South to Clinton.

From Mo-13 Junction turn right on 2nd Street (Business 13) to Library.

From Warrensburg, Higginsville and Richmond:

Take Mo-13 South to Clinton.

Continue straight at Mo-7 Junction on 2nd St (Business 13) to Library.

From Chillicothe, Marshall and Sedalia:

Takes US-65 south to the Mo-52 Junction about 15 miles south of Sedalia, then west on Mo-52 to Clinton.

Continue past the Mo-7/Mo-13 underpass on Price Lane (which becomes Green Street) to the Library.

From Columbia and St. Louis:

Takes I-70 West to Marshall Junction (US-65), then US-65 south through Sedalia to the Mo-52 Junction (about 15 miles south of Sedalia, then west on Mo-52 to Clinton.

Continue past the Mo-7/Mo-13 underpass on Price Lane (which becomes Green Street) to the Library.

From Jefferson City:

Take US-50 west to Us-65 in Sedalia, then US-65 south to the Mo-52 Junction (about 15 miles south of Sedalia), then Mo-52 west to Clinton.

Continue past the Mo-7/Mo-13 underpass on Price Lane (which becomes Green Street) to the Library.

From Warsaw:

Take Mo-7 North to Clinton.

Continue straight at the East Junction (of Mo-7, Mo-13, Mo-18) onto Ohio Street (Mo-18) to 2nd Street (Business 13), turn right on 2nd Street and go north to Library.

From Osceola, Bolivar and Springfield:

Take Mo-13 north to Clinton.

From the East Junction (of Mo-7, Mo-13, and Mo-18) turn left onto Ohio Street (Mo-18) and go west on Ohio to 2nd Street (Business 13), then turn right and go north on 2nd Street to the Library.

From Nevada and Joplin:

Go north on US-71 to Mo-18 at Adrian, then east on Mo-18 to Clinton.

Turn left at 2nd Street (Business 13) and go north on 2nd Street to the Library.

(Alternate) From Nevada, take US-54 East to Collins, then Mo-13 North to Clinton.

(Alternate) From Nevada, take US-54 East to El Dorado Springs, then Mo-82 East to Osceola, then Mo-13 North to Clinton.

(Alternate) From just south of Butler, take Mo-52 to Deepwater, then Mo-13 North to Clinton.

From the East Junction (of Mo-7, Mo-13, and Mo-18) turn left onto Ohio Street (Mo-18) and go west on Ohio to 2nd Street (Business 13), then turn right and go north on 2nd Street to the Library.
