Missouri Public Library Directors

The Missouri Public Library Directors was organized "to maintain an association of Missouri public library directors or their designees interested in the sharing of information about matters of mutual concern and in pursuing common goals through participation in legislative and other activities at the state and federal levels."     MPLD Bylaws, Article II, Section 1.

The Missouri Public Library Directors meet on the Thursday and Friday of the first week of June and December of each year, to discuss matters of mutual interest. The next meeting is December 4-5, 2008 at the Resort at Port Arrowhead, Lake Ozark, MO.
