| It is the goal of the Circuit Court in Henry, Bates and St. Clair Counties to resolve disputes filed in court and other matters delegated to it by law in accord with the rule of law and with justice in an impartial, fair, competent, courteous and timely manner at the most reasonable cost to persons using the courts and the citizens of Missouri and these counties. |
