112.1 Standing Courthouse Security Order (Effective 4/4/97)
The Sheriff of any county in the circuit, his deputies, and all other peace officers aiding the Sheriff or otherwise providing courtroom security, are authorized and directed to enforce all reasonable security measures with regard to all people entering the courthouse, or any courtroom or judicial office in the courthouse, or the courthouse grounds as they or any of them deem necessary from time to time to maintain security within or without the building.
They are authorized, but not limited to, the use of metal detectors, x-ray machines and searches of the person or possessions of those who desire to enter, come on or remain upon the premises.
