Rule 15. HOURS WORKED BY NON-STATUTORY COURT PERSONNEL

 It is the policy of the Court that each non-statutory employee of the Court system works the hours represented by the person's FTE classification or allocation.

 It is the responsibility of each appointing authority to schedule and monitor the hours worked by Court employees, and to insure that each employee works the number of hours represented by that person's FTE classification or allocation.
