Rule 35. PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCES

The judge to which a case is assigned may order a pretrial conference, and it is the duty of counsel for a party or the party to attend such conference when directed; and, be prepared to discuss all contested issues, and to stipulate to all uncontested issues, and the admission of uncontested evidence.
