Rule 42. DEFAULT (New 9/1/98)
Prior to hearing on any agreed matter, uncontested matter, or case in default, the Court shall be furnished with a proposed judgment or order for the requested relief.
Should the Court take up any case or matter referred to in the preceding sub-paragraph without a proposed judgment or order, or if the proposed judgment or order needs to be changed, it shall be resubmitted to the Court for execution within three (3) working days of the hearing.
