Rule 7. WITHDRAWALS OF PAPERS FROM CLERK'S OFFICE

7.1 WHEN ALLOWED

 No official files of the Circuit Court or any division thereof shall be removed from the office of the Circuit Clerk or the office of any division clerk except in the custody of employees of the Circuit Court, unless otherwise permitted by the Judge of the Division or the Presiding Judge.

7.2 DUPLICATING POLICY
